REGISTRATION FEE & GUIDELINES

- You are able to complete your online registration without making the payment. However, you must complete the full payment before the registration deadline.
- You are able to check the payment status of your registration at My Page.
- You can modify your personal information until Monday, June 19, 2023.

What does the registration fee include?
- Entrance to all lectures, sessions, poster presentations, and workshops scheduled.
- Meals covered during the meeting (incl. gala dinner)
- Meeting bag with a copy of the program book and other materials
GROUP REGISTRATION
- Group registration is available for any group of minimum 8 participants.
- Please fill in the group registration form and return it to the Secretariat of APPLE 2023 via email at apple2023@hbni.co.kr or fax at +82-2-373-1106.
- Payment for group registration is only available by wire-transfer.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
- Registration acknowledgement will be sent to you via email right after the completion of online registration.
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via email upon making the appropriate payment.
- Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- Registration confirmation letter and payment receipt can be printed via My Page.

By Credit Card
- Payment by credit card is available only through APPLE 2023 website.
- You can check the payment status of your registration at My Page.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Secretariat by email at apple2023@hbni.co.kr.

Refund policy for the cancellation is as follows:
Cancellation by Monday, June 19, 2023 : 100% refund (Bank service charges will be deducted.)
Cancellation from Tuesday, June 20, 2023 : No Refund
- Note : All refunds will be made after the conference. All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from the amount of refunds.
